Here’s whats included:
Transportation.
Plan to arrive at Cancun International Airport (CUN) by 11:00am and we will handle the transportation through the entire week including drop off on departure day. Please keep in mind there is a 2 hour drive from Cancun to Tulum.
Luxury Stay.
Our hacienda style airbnb features a modern and organic design giving you the ultimate essence of Tulum. With shared king size beds and private pools you’ll nestle up each night feeling like you are at home.
Endless Food + Drinks.
Come with an empty stomach because you’ll leave stuffed with endless chips, guac, salsa, margaritas, tacos and enough cerveza to make your heart skip a beat. You’re guaranteed three meals a day plus drinks are included.
Storytelling Elopements.
Our new take on styled shoots that focuses on telling the story of an entire elopement day rather than just a ceremony setup and tablescape. While we will still have those details our focus will start with getting ready moments, bridal details, a first look, ceremony, dinner, and ending with a special activity like horseback riding, snorkeling, and so much more.
About the Styled Shoots
The retreat will focus on our three storytelling elopements each including a different couple and locations. The elopements will start with getting ready moments between the couple and bridal details followed by ceremony moments, portraits, cake cutting, champagne and dinner moments and a unique activity. The goal is for you to capture blog-worthy moments that take you through the entire day rather than just portraits and a handful of details.
Shoot 1 is inspired by the organic architecture and natural elements used from the local regions. We will utilize our venue and neutral moments into the storytelling and details of the day.
Storytelling Elopement 1
Shoot 2 is focused on the gorgeous beaches found in Tulum and capitalizing on the endless views. While framing the ocean we will utilize natural elements to create a modern yet effortless feel.
Storytelling Elopement 2
Shoot 3 is all about the jungle. As we explore the palms and capture details in the jungle you will play with gorgeous light peeking through the branches and capture intimate moments throughout the day.
Storytelling Elopement 3
As a bonus we will curate two instagram worthy couples session that will give you dreamy Mexico content without a bridal look. These will both feature different couples and a more editorial styled look so you will have images to show what a “day after” or “adventure session” would look like to your potential couples.
You will capture a total of 5 styled shoots.

Please note: your payment and signed contract reserves your spot to the retreat and is non-refundable but transferrable.

FAQs

Your ticket includes everything you will need once you have arrived in Mexico. You are however required to purchase your plane ticket, checked baggage, and travel insurance (if desired).

All attendees will need to land at Cancun International Airport by 11am on Monday, November 13th so we can pickup the entire group and shuttle everyone together to our home. Similarly, everyone will need to plan afternoon/evening departures for Friday, November 17th. We will check out from our home that morning and arrive by 12pm at CUN.

Yes, we welcome videographers! Please keep in mind that this retreat is coordinated specifically for photographers so we won’t have moments like full vows for audio or similar events that you would find at a retreat specifically designed for videographers.

Yes, you can reserve your spot with 3 payment installments. You are responsible for managing and completing the payments by the deadlines listed in your contract.
