By purchasing a ticket(s) you understand that you are reserving your spot for the specific shootout at the exact day and time unless otherwise provided or postponed by The Shootout Society.
All tickets are non-refundable in any and all circumstances. Your ticket is valid for only that event and cannot be held as credit or transferred to a different shootout.
If you become sick, have a family emergency, or should any unexpected circumstances arise your ticket can be transferred to another individual for the same shootout that you originally purchased the ticket for. You are responsible for selling your ticket, collecting payment and informing The Shootout Society by emailing our team at contact@theshootoutsociety.com no later than 24 hours prior to the shootout start time. The Shootout Society will not accept any transfers less than 24 hours prior to the shootout.
Any edited or unedited photos or galleries sent to or shared with The Shootout Society in any way are able to be used by The Shootout Society for marketing purposes.
Failure to show up to the shootout you purchased a ticket for is the customer’s full responsibility and no refunds or transfers will be provided.
