We know committing to something new can bring up questions. Here’s everything you might be wondering - and if it’s not listed here, reach out and we’ll talk you through it.
You’ll want to fly into Nashville International Airport (BNA), which is about 15 minutes from the venue.
Transportation isn’t included, so we recommend carpooling with fellow attendees or renting a car. Once the IG group is live, you’ll be able to coordinate rides.
Plan to arrive in Nashville the day before if you’re flying in. Our shoot is planned for Midday (typically 2pm-4pm) but the exact itinerary will be released closer to the event date.
Your camera gear, plenty of memory cards, backup batteries, comfy shoes, a water bottle, and something cute for your headshot! We’ll send prep info & local recommendations in the IG chat as the date approaches.
Not at all. This shoot was made for photographers who are building confidence, not proving anything. There’s zero pressure, just support.
Nope. We’ll be guiding the flow, rotating groups, and offering posing support if you want it. You’ll never be wondering where to go or what to do.
You’re in good company. Most attendees come solo - and leave with new friends. Our IG group makes it easy to connect beforehand so you don’t feel like a stranger.
A max of 20 photographers with small rotating groups of 4-5. That’s intentional – so everyone gets space to shoot, connect, and actually enjoy the experience.
The Italy inspired luxury shoot is $1200. You can pay in full, split into 3 payments of $400, or use one of our extended payment options from Klarna or Afterpay.
Tickets are non-refundable, but they are transferable. If something comes up, you can sell or gift your ticket to another photographer.
